Blog Planner – Get Organized!
Using this Universal Planner
I finally got sick of all the pieces of paper and scraps of this and that I had hanging around for my blog. I was creating so much work for myself by not keeping track of certain things and then having to search post-to-post, through comments, etc. to find what I needed. I was in special need of a way to keep track of what post I linked-up at what party, and if any of my posts were lucky enough to be featured. It was time for my little blog to take the leap and have a Blog Planner.
So, I researched blog planners and ideas, and finally devised some forms of my own. I wanted a Universal Blog Planner that I could use from year-to-year. It also needed to be adjustable in size according to my needs.
I know not every system works for everyone, so I have put together individual sheets, as well as some that are combined. You can mix and match ’til your hearts content. Pick and choose what works for you.
This FREE Printable Blog Planner includes:
Click images for a Larger View.
A Universal Calendar:
Monthly and Weekly Views:
Idea Bubbles and Post Production:
Link Party Log, Social Media Tracker, and Monthly Tracker–Featured Post/Linky Party Listing:
Combined Form: Production, Social Media & Linkies
All of these forms have a semi-transparent background to give them a little color, but leave it light enough for easy writing.
No matter how large or small your blog is, this Blog Planner is adaptable for you. Get a binder and some tabs and print up what you need, as you need it.
The Blog Planner comes in FOUR STYLES. Choose one, choose all, or mix and match.
I hope you will find this Blog Planner helpful and easy to use. If you have any suggestions for other planner pages or needs, let me know. Download, have fun, be flexible, plan, and get organized! Don’t forget to share this Blog Planner with all your blogger friends.

Your blog planner looks awesome, Lorelai! I’ve downloaded so many (paid for) planners that didn’t really fit my blogging style, but yours is the 2nd one I actually like and can see myself using.
I, too, have made a commitment to have an organized blog in 2015. I’m so tired of writing down things on scraps of paper and then misplacing it.
Thanks bunches! Pinning!
Thanks, Alli! I hope you will download it and give it a try. 🙂
I agree with all the extra work by not having a planner. I did not create printables but I finally got tired too, and just use a simple notebook planner. Great idea to create them for specific things – I could never remember what link parties I have linked up with until one of the hosts come by and comments on them. I am thinking, these could all be combined in one big binder!
Yep, I have mine in a binder with tabs, It is working beautifully! 🙂
These are JUST what I need right now, I’m covered in post its! Thanks for posting these!
LOL… And post-its are expensive! 🙂 I hope you download these and get some great use out them.
I’m getting a prompt that I can’t download it, Lorelai. Can you please check the permissions? I can’t wait to use this!
Sandy,
Thank you so much for letting me know about the problem. I did forget to grab the share link. YIKES! I have done so now, and hopefully it will be smooth sailing from here.
Omggg I love this planner so much. Being a new blogger, I didn’t even know this was a thing! I can’t wait to print this out and use it, I think it’s really gonna help me stay organized.

Yeah, Shirley! I’m so happy you liked them. I have to laugh, when I was putting together the lavender-blue set…I thought of you. 🙂 LOL
Love the blog party tracking sheet. I made one for myself, but yours is prettier 🙂 Pinned. Thanks for sharing this with us.
Hahaha… the linky party tracking is what tipped me over the edge into creating my blog planner. I do think they are pretty too. Thanks. 🙂
At the store the other day, I almost grabbed a planner for the blog/promotion/posting/Etsy tracking, but it was over 10 bucks! Thanks for the fantastic free printable. I’m terribly unorganized, but it looks like you have everything covered with this! Downloading and printing soon!
So glad you didn’t waste your money. Now you can just download mine for free… weeeeee! 🙂 Let me know if you have any other specific needs and I’ll try to accommodate them as well.

That was a post long in the making… Cheers, it’s finished! 🙂 Have a G’day, Joanne.
I’m like you and have all this paper just laying around although I have a book that keeps me organized. What I truly need is one that is specifically geared to bloggers and how we work. I’ll print this off but then it’ll be more paper laying around. 🙂
Well, now I have this planner with my pretty pages all tucked away into a binder with pocketed tab dividers to hold any little scraps of this or that that I collect for a post. It’s much neater and definitely more organized. 🙂
Cool!!!
Glad you like them. 🙂
I had fun making them.
