If you are dying to make a Killer Cake, you've come to the right place! This recipe will slay your guests at your next Halloween or Mystery Party. The Killer Cake uses this Red Ganache.

Ingredients:
  • 1 - Bag of White Chocolate Chips
  • 1 - container Heavy Cream
  • Red Food Coloring - Add until you have desired color. (A food coloring for baking is best, it offers more intense color)
Directions:
  1. Boil the water in the bottom pan of the double boiler, and turn the heat down until it keeps a gentle boil.
  2. Add the bag of White Chocolate Chips
  3. Add Heavy Cream, a little at a time to desired consistency
  4. Stir almost constantly, as you do not want the chocolate to burn.
