  • Egg Noodles
  • 1 Can - Cream of Mushroom Soup
  • 1 Can - Cream of Celery Soup
  • 1 - 8-10 ounce Bag - Frozen Mixed Vegetable
  • 1/2 Cup - Shredded Cheddar Cheese
  • 1-1/2 cans water
  1. Pre-heat oven to 375°
  2. Lightly grease a 9-inch x 13-inch casserole dish
  3. In a large bowl, mix the Diced Ham, Cream of Mushroom Soup, Cream of Celery Soup, Frozen Mixed Vegetables, Shredded Cheddar Cheese, and Water
  4. Spread dry Egg Noodles (straight from the package) into the prepared casserole dish.
  5. Pour the ham and vegetable mixture over the noodles, and stir to mix well.
  6. Loosely cover with aluminum foil.
  7. Bake for 45 minutes.
  8. Optional - top with a little extra shredded Cheddar cheese.
