Ingredients:
  • 2 Cups - Broccoli Florets
  • 1 Cup - Dried Cranberries
  • 1/2 Cup - Feta Cheese Crumbles
  • 1/2 Cup - Candied Pecans
  • Poppyseed Dressing
Directions:
  1. Chop Broccoli Florets so they are bite-sized.
  2. Give the Candied Pecans a coarse chop.
  3. In a large bowl, add broccoli, pecans, Cranberries, and Feta Cheese.
  4. Mix lightly.
  5. Drizzle with Poppyseed Dressing and toss to coat the salad.
  6. It is ready to serve!
