- Cupcake Liners
- Colorful Straws
- Scissors
Directions:
- Pinch the bottom of the Cupcake Liner in the center so that it folds.
- Cut a small triangle, just large enough for your straw to fit through.
- Place the straw through the hole, and invert cupcake liner to fit over the top of the glass.
